PDFs and seal artwork used in the core editing workflow are processed in your browser. Saved documents and seal artwork may be stored in that browser on your device.
Clearing browser data can remove locally stored documents, preferences, and seal artwork.
2. Information we may process
The information involved depends on which optional services you choose to use.
- Account and contact information, such as your email address and support messages.
- AI inputs and outputs, including AI prompts, document text, translation content, and generated responses, only when you choose an AI feature.
- Technical and usage information made available by hosting, security, and consented analytics services.
- Browser preferences, locally stored documents, and saved seal artwork.
3. Service providers
Supabase supports optional account sign-in, Vercel hosts and delivers the site, and DeepSeek processes requests only when you choose AI chat or translation. Google Analytics processes site usage only after you allow analytics.
We do not sell your PDF files. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
4. Your choices and rights
You can use the core PDF tools without an account, clear local data through your browser, and change analytics permission through the footer setting.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information we hold.
5. Security, updates, and contact
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Keep backups of important files and review exported documents.
